You can sign up on individual product pages via the “email me when available” button to be notified if we receive more inventory of that item. We always suggest you sign up for our newsletter so that you’ll be the first to hear about restocks (as well as new products).

We use preorders to cut production waste. Preorder means that you've ordered a garment before it's made. Production runs for 6-8 weeks during which you get the chance to order styles at a discount. We'll update you via email on every step of your order from kickoff to shipping. Payment is taken at time of purchase.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed.
Expected shipping times will be noted on the product page of the pre-order item. Once we are able to fulfill your entire order, we will pack and ship your order within 3 business days.
At this time, we are unable to split an order and ship in-stock items separately. If you would like to receive items in your cart early, we recommend placing separate orders. We cannot split the order retroactively. If this impacts your ability to use a promo code, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately, we cannot take cancellations during the production window. If you wish to cancel you order, please contact us and we can cancel your order once production completes. Preorders are eligible for a full refund.
Orders & Shipping
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. as well as Canada through UPS.
U.S. shipping is free for orders over $100. For international orders, duties and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
For in stock items, shipping takes 2-5 business days within the continental U.S. For International orders, the time may vary depending on the service you select and current border conditions.
For preorders, please read the product description for estimated fulfilment dates and watch your inbox for shipping updates.
Log into your account to track your order status.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You can use that tracking link to keep an eye on your order.
We cannot make any changes to orders once they are placed, so be sure to double-check your information before you place your order! If you need to forward a package or intercept it, head to the UPS website.
If an item on our website is out of stock, we may collect interest for a restock via waitlist. Sign up on the product page to be notified when we launch preorders for a second production run. If there isn't a waitlist sign up, we will not restock the particular style.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer full refunds on eligible orders. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
We offer exchanges limited to availability with customer-paid round trip shipping.
At this time, returns can only be shipped back with other items from the same original order. In order to process your request, you will need to separate your items corresponding to the original order and ship them back in separate packages to ensure your return will be properly processed and refunded/exchanged. If you include items that were not requested, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange for the extra items.
