Order Processing
All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation about your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation your order has shipped.
Cancellations
Please review all information carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to make changes after your order has been placed. Please contact studio@wuestethelabel.com to request order cancellation if needed.

Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 shipping within the United States. We also ship to Canada, Australia, Europe and Latin America, excluding taxes and duties. International orders ship free over $300.
Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.
WUESTE is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as carrier issues or inclement weather.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return - excluding sale. We charge a flat rate of $7 for return shipping of eligible items. Sale items may be returned for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please request a return from your order page after logging in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
