This Wholesale Terms & Conditions Agreement outlines the policies and expectations for retailers purchasing wholesale from WUESTE LLC. By placing a wholesale order, the retailer agrees to the following terms:

1. Wholesale Pricing & Order Minimums 

• Order Minimum: 2 SKUs, 4 units of each

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• Retailers must adhere to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) unless agreed otherwise.

• Retailers may include products in standard promotional or seasonal sales at their discretion.

2. Payment Terms & Invoicing

• Payment is processed before orders are shipped.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.

3. Ready-to-Ship Inventory

• All items listed as “Ready to Ship” are available in limited quantities.

• Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Inventory availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.

• We reserve the right to adjust quantities if inventory discrepancies occur.

4. Shipping & Handling

• Retailers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days of payment processing.

• We ship via UPS standard ground shipping unless otherwise requested.

• Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

5. Returns, Damages & Claims

• Wholesale orders are final sale and non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged. 

• Any damage or shortage claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt with photographic proof.

• Approved returns will be issued store credit or replacement items—no cash refunds.

6. Resale Policy

Retailers may sell products in approved brick-and-mortar locations and/or approved online storefronts.

Products may not be resold on:

• Amazon

• Third-party marketplaces

• Auction sites

without written permission.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.

• Changes to an order must be requested within 24 hours.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

8. Agreement 

By placing a wholesale order with WUESTE LLC, the retailer agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
