This Wholesale Terms & Conditions Agreement outlines the policies and expectations for retailers purchasing wholesale from WUESTE LLC. By placing a wholesale order, the retailer agrees to the following terms:
1. Wholesale Pricing & Order Minimums

Order Minimum: 2 SKUs, 4 units of each
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Retailers must adhere to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) unless agreed otherwise.

Retailers may include products in standard promotional or seasonal sales at their discretion.
2. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Payment is processed before orders are shipped.

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
3. Ready-to-Ship Inventory
- All items listed as “Ready to Ship” are available in limited quantities.

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Inventory availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.

We reserve the right to adjust quantities if inventory discrepancies occur.
4. Shipping & Handling

Retailers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns, Damages & Claims

Wholesale orders are final sale and non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.

Any damage or shortage claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt with photographic proof.

Approved returns will be issued store credit or replacement items—no cash refunds.
6. Resale Policy
Retailers may sell products in approved brick-and-mortar locations and/or approved online storefronts.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.
